Gospel Lk 11:27-28 Get to know more about the WORD of God While Jesus was speaking, a woman from the crowd called out and said to him, "Blessed is the womb that carried you and the breasts at which you nursed." He replied, "Rather, blessed are those who hear the word of God and observe it." Reflections : Mary was not just a fortunate woman who received special graces from God.  Rather, she constantly chose to make sacrifices,  in obedience to God, and that was the true blessing. Her act of faith and obedience was extraordinary. Jesus saw in the blessedness of Mary her wisdom, strength, faith and obedience. We too can be blessed if we seek to listen to the Lord and put his words into practice. Activity:   Entrust to the Lord, an impending problem in your life and surrender it completely.
